• Contact and booking details — when you submit our contact form or book a call, we receive your name, email address, phone number and any message you include. Form submissions are processed by our CRM provider and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Calendly bookings — when you book a meeting, Calendly collects the details you provide under its own privacy policy.
• Correspondence — if you email us, we keep that correspondence to handle your request.

We do not collect sensitive information, and we never ask you to upload company data through this website.

3. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide our services;
• To schedule and manage appointments;
• To send information you have requested (such as a referral partner info pack);
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

4. Third-party services

This website embeds content and tools from third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Close (CRM) — contact form processing;
• YouTube, Vimeo and Facebook — embedded videos;
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and performance. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (such as the one behind /cdn-cgi/ URLs) to protect this site from bots.

When you click a link to an external site (including Mode Inc, Udemy, LinkedIn and goplasticneutral.com), their privacy policies apply from that point.

5. Referral program disclosure

My-O-Staff is an approved referral partner of Mode Inc. If you complete a data licensing transaction with Mode after being referred by us, Mode pays My-O-Staff a referral fee. 6. Data security and retention

Information is stored with reputable service providers using industry-standard security. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

7. Your rights

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our handling of your information, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
